CalcManagerEventManager Constructor

Creates an instance of an EventManager that administers events for an appointed _CALCMANAGER_.

Parameters

ultraCalcManager

An UltraCalcManager instance associated with this event manager.

Remarks

The ultraCalcManager is permanently attached to the Event Manager for the duration of the Event Manager's lifespan.
