Gets a PaintElement for a Primitive using the given parameters.

Parameters

prim

The Primitive to get a PaintElement for.

point

The DataPoint to get a PaintElement for.

series

The Series to get a PaintElement for.

swapRowsAndColumns

Whether or not to invert the row and column when getting the PaintElement from the ColorModel.

Return Value

The appropriate PaintElement for the Primitive.
