Creates a ScatterLine ChartAppearance instance with default properties.

Remarks

Calling the default constructor of any hybrid chart's appearance object is not recommended from application code. If it is necessary to use this constructor from a custom layer implementation, it is incumbent on the developer to initialize the Line, LineData, Scatter and ScatterData properties.
