BackgroundImageForRow Property

Name of file that contains background image used for every row in toolbar. If value is not set and UseDefaultStyles property of UseWebHtmlEditor is enabled, then "backimagerow.gif" is used automatically. To disable that automatic default, value of property can be set to any string with length less than 3.
