The implementation-specific timestamp function used to replace timestamp function placeholders within a command template when binding, or the empty string if there is no timestamp support.

Remarks

This method supports the internal Infragistics control infrastructure, and is not supported for application use. Inheritors must not depend on overriding this method because it is subject to change.
