Creates a new instance of the Recurrence object.

Remarks

Note: Once assigned to one Appointment's Appointment.Recurrence property, an instance of the Recurrence object can not be assigned to an additional Appointment's Appointment.Recurrence property; doing so will cause an exception to be thrown.
