FindControl(String) Method

Get a reference to a child aspx-control located within the ContentPane of any Tab by its id.

Parameters

id

The id of child control.

Return Value

Reference to Control or null.

Remarks

This method will browse through all tabs and call the Tab.FindControl for every tab until the control is found or all children have been searched.

This method can not be used to get a reference to a child control located within TargetUrl. In case of controls located within the Page of TargetUrl,- a reference to the document and html elements can be obtain using JavaScript functionality on client.
