CreateRenderer Method (WebMonthView)

Creates a SmartRenderer of the appropriate type for the WebMonthView.

Remarks

The SmartWebControl framework calls this factory method before it begins using the SmartRenderer subclass for this web element. Inheritors with their own custom SmartRenderer must override this method to see it used.
