Gets sets the format string applied to labels.

Remarks

Notes:

• If the CustomLabelsText was used, then that property has no effect.
• If property is not set, then default formatting is used, which depends on ValueType and range of values.
• Examples: "{0:0.#}, {0:c}, {0:0.00}%".
