Add(GridField,Boolean,Boolean) Method

Adds a column to the WebDataGrid columns collection

Parameters

item

Column to add

clearFields

Wether the WebDataGrid fields collection needs to be cleared

track

specifies whether view state needs to be tracked. In scenarios where columns are added from code behind to WHDS, this should be set to false, because those columns will be tracked anyway

Return Value

The index of the added column in the columns collection
