Initializes the object with the originating event arguments.

Parameters

band

The band whose GroupedColumns collection will be changing.

action

The type of change that will occur.

effectedColumns

The grouped columns that will participate in the change.

newIndex

When the action that this event is being raised for is Move, this is the new index the column is going to be moved to.
