OnInit Method (WebDropDown)

Override of OnInit to handle the initialization of references for those items that have been parsed in from the aspx page. Since the items are first pushed onto a stack as they are parsed and then formed into collections later, there is no sooner opportunity to establish back references between objects and their owner/control.
