This setting allows you to change how a supporting Test Automation for Micro Focus Win-Forms (Unified Functional Testing) software Proxy reports the results of a replayed action.
In Test Automation for Micro Focus Win-Forms (Unified Functional Testing) software releases prior to 2008 Volume 2, the default behavior was to only report to the QuickTest Professional results report only if an action failed.
With releases of Test Automation for Micro Focus Win-Forms (Unified Functional Testing) software 2008 Volume 2 and later, the default behavior is changed so that it reports the results of all actions to the report.
These settings allows you to switch between reporting the results of all actions to results report, or just when an exception occurred.
The default setting for the Test Automation for Micro Focus Win-Forms (Unified Functional Testing) software proxy is Report on all Actions.
Report on all Actions
Report on all Actions will display each action, whether they pass or fail, in the results report supplied by UFT.
Pass actions display:
a result of Done
details stating the name of the action
the parameters as was interpreted by the action.
Fail actions report a detailed exception message.
If an action returns a value, it will also report the return value in the details as well.
Report only Errors
Report only Errors only reports on fail actions. It reports a detailed exception message. This proxy setting can be set either of the following ways:
