Random(Vector,Complex,Double) Method

Returns a ComplexMatrix with Complex numbers drawn from the uniform distrubition on the circle specified by origin and radius on the Complex plane.

size

A size Vector.

origin

The origin of the specified circle.

radius

The radius of the specified circle.

A Matrix of random values.
