CumSum Method (Matrix)

Modifies a Matrix, y, by replacing each element y[i1,..,iN,..,iM] with y[i1,..,0,..,iM]+...+y[i1,..,iN,..,iM].

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArithmeticException	Occurs when x is empty.
System.ArgumentException	Occurs when N is less than 1.
