Inserts the specified UltraNavigationBarLocation into the collection at the specified index.

System.Exception	Thrown when the specified UltraNavigationBarLocation instance is associated with a different UltraNavigationBar instance than the one with which this collection is associated. Also thrown if the specified UltraNavigationBarLocation is the UltraNavigationBar.RootLocation, already belongs to this collection, or belongs to a different collection.
