Returns the individual term binomial distribution probability.

Remarks

BinomDist(number, trials, probability, cumulative)
Number is the number of successes in trials.
Trial is the number of independent trials.
Probability is the probability of success on each trial.
Cumulative is a logical value that determines the form of the function. If true, returns the cumulative distribution function otherwise returns the probability mass function.
