Returns the 1-based index of one string within another, searching case insensitively.

Remarks

SEARCHB(search_text, value, [start_index])

search_text is the text to find in value.

value is the text in which to find search_text.

start_index is the 1-based index in which to start the search (if omitted, the start_index is 1).
