GetChartInfoFromPoint Method (WinTooltipAppearance)

Reports information about the row and column underlying a chart element at a control-relative on-screen position.

Parameters

x

A horizontal X pixel coordinate (0 is at the left edge of the control).

y

A vertical Y pixel coordinate (0 is at the top edge of the control).

Return Value

Information about a data point on the chart by pixel location X and Y as a ChartDataEventArgs object.

Remarks

The location is relative to the top left corner (0,0) of the UltraWinChart control. The returned ChartDataEventArgs object contains the same event arguments as would be returned from handling the ChartDataClicked event.
