Parameters

group
The associated UltraExplorerBarGroup.
allowDrop
Specifies whether the UltraExplorerBarGroup can be dropped before/after the TargetGroup.
dragCursor
The cursor to be displayed while over the TargetGroup. If set to null a default cursor will be supplied.
targetGroup
The UltraExplorerBarGroup that the UltraExplorerBarGroup will be dropped before or after.
targetGroupRelativePosition
An enumeration that indicates whether the UltraExplorerBarGroup will be dropped before or after the TargetGroup.
dragPoint
The coordinates of the mouse position in screen coordinates.
