Returns the type of UIElement that contains the layout.

Remarks

This is the type of UIElement that contains the layout object. For example, in a grid this may be a BandHeaderUIElement (when dragging a Header that is separate from the cells) or a RowCellAreaUIElement (when the headers are with the cells).
