Returns or sets a value which describes this element's placement along the z-axis.

Remarks

Elements with a larger value appear in the foreground with respect to elements with smaller values.

To place one element in the background with respect to all others, set this property to a value less than zero, leaving the value for all other elements at zero.

To place one element in the foreground with respect to all others, set this property to a value greater than zero, leaving the value for all other elements at zero.
