FrameChangingEnabled Property

Returns or sets a boolean value indicating whether this tile automatically changes frames.

Remarks

By default, live tile automatically cycles through each frame in the currently active frames collection, provided that at least two frames exist in the collection. Set the FrameChangingEnabled property to false to suspend frame changing for this tile.
