IsCellHotTracking Method

Returns a boolean value indicating whether the specified cell is currently hot tracking.

Remarks

This method observes the value of the CellHotTrackingBehavior property; for example, if the cursor is currently positioned over a cell, but the property is set to 'None', this method returns false.
