Parameters

wedgeIndex

The starting index of the wedge into which this UIElement is positioned.

wedgeSpan

The number of wedges that this UIElement spans in the menu.

isInOuterRing

True if the element will be dispoyed in the outer ring; false if it will be displayed in the inner ring.

parent

The parent element.
