Remarks

The tickmark label appearance is resolved by the following, in order of precedence: 1) The LabelAppearance property of the NumericGaugeToolTickmark. 2) The NumericGaugeToolTickmarkLabelAppearance of the ToolSettings for the RadialMenuNumericGaugeTool. 3) The NumericGaugeToolTickmarkLabelAppearance of the ToolSettings for the UltraRadialMenu and / or AppStylist.
