Gets or sets the ending color of the numeric gauge tool track.

The ending track color is determined by the following, in order of precedence: 1) The NumericGaugeToolTrackColor2 of the ToolSettings for the RadialMenuNumericGaugeTool. 2) The NumericGaugeToolTrackColor2 of the ToolSettings for the UltraRadialMenu and / or AppStylist.
