Initializes this instance for use by a new Week.

Parameters

weekNumber

The number of this week in its year (1 - 54)

firstVisibleDayInWeek

The date of the first visible day in the corresponding week

visiblePosition

Zero-based ordinal describing this element's geographic location relative to the top 'row' of visible weeks.
