EnsureValueIsInList Method (EmbeddableEditorOwnerBase)

Returns whether an editor's value must correspond to an item in its ValueList

Parameters

ownerContext

The context that was passed into the GetEmbeddableElement(UIElement,EmbeddableEditorOwnerBase,Object,EmbeddableUIElementBase) method.

Return Value

True if an editor's value must correspond to an item in its ValueList.

Remarks

The default implementation returns false.When an instance of an EmbeddableEditorOwnerBase-derived class returns true from this method, the editor will validate its text against the items in its ValueList and return false from the IsValid property if the text does not match any items.
