GetAutoCompleteMode Method (EmbeddableEditorOwnerBase)

Returns the AutoCompleteMode constant which determines the automatic completion mode for the EditorWithCombo editor.

Parameters

ownerContext

The context that was passed into the GetEmbeddableElement(UIElement,EmbeddableEditorOwnerBase,Object,EmbeddableUIElementBase) method.

Return Value

The default implementation returns 'None'.

Remarks

Note: This method only has significance to the EditorWithCombo and derived editors.

Note: MRU(Most recently used) functionality is suspended when the owner returns 'Suggest' or 'SuggestAppend' from this method, since in those modes the dropdown can only contain the filtered items.
