Determines if a focus rect should be drawn.

Parameters

ownerContext

The context that was passed into the GetEmbeddableElement(UIElement,EmbeddableEditorOwnerBase,Object,EmbeddableUIElementBase) method.

Return Value

Returns true if a focus rect should be drawn.

Remarks

The default implementation returns false
