Raises the mouse down event

Parameters

sender

The element that was actually clicked on

mouseArgs

The mouse arguments

isButton

True if the element that was clicked on operates as a button.

Return Value

If this method returns true, then the embeddable ui element must return true from the OnMouseDown method. If this method returns false, then do the default processing.
