leftEdge

True if the tab item has a complete left edge.

rightEdge

True if the tab item has a complete right edge.

focused

True if the tab item has focus.

selected

True if the tab item is selected.

tabState

State of the tab item.

drawParams

The UIElementDrawParams used to provide rendering information.

rect

Rect of the element.

clipRect

Clip rect.

Return Value

True if the element could be rendered using themes.
