Draws the arrow for a scroll button, dropdown button, etc.

Parameters

direction

Direction of the arrow to render.

rect

Area in which to render the arrow.

maxSize

Maximum size to render the arrow.

offsetSize

Size indicating how much to offset the arrow.

baseOnSystemScrollBarSize

Boolean indicating if the size should be limited to the size of the scroll bars.

isMinMax

Boolean indicating if a line is to be rendered at the top of the arrow (i.e. to indicate first/last or min/max).

outlineOnly

True if only the outline of the arrow should be rendered.
