HorizontalScrollBarHeightResolved Property

Returns the resolved value for the HorizontalScrollBarHeight. If the value has been set, return the HorizontalScrollBarHeight. If the value has not been set, return the ScaledSystemInformation.GetHorizontalScrollBarHeight();. If the value is less than zero, throw an ArgumentOutOfRangeException.
