VerticalScrollBarWidthResolved Property

Returns the resolved value for the VerticalScrollBarWidth. If the value has been set, return the VerticalScrollBarWidth. If the value has not been set, return the SystemInformation.VerticalScrollBarWidth. If the value is less than zero, throw an ArgumentOutOfRangeException.
