Parameters

scrollType

Returns the type of scroll (next, previous, first, last etc.)

scrollIncrement

/// Returns the how much was scrolled. For single row TabLayoutStyles this is the number of tabs that were scrolled. For multi-row TabLayoutStyles this is the number of tab rows that were scrolled.
