LoadFromXml(String,Boolean) Method

Loads all the time zone definition information from an xml string

Parameters

xml

A string containing the xml

includeDisplayNames

Determines if time zone display names will be de-serialized from the xml.

Return Value

True is succesful, otherwise false.
