AllowUserResizing Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether the user's mouse is in position to allow for drag resizing of a column.

Property Value

true if the resizing is allow; otherwise, false.

Remarks

True if we determine the column is in a resize area and that the column allows resizing. This already takes into account if the column itself allows for resizing.
