Returns a value between the MinValue and MaxValue

Parameters

value

The value to compare to the MinValue and MaxValue

targetType

The type of the target property

parameter

The parameter to use for the conversion. This parameter is not used.

culture

The culture to use for the conversion. This parameter is not used.

Return Value

The value constrained by the range defined by the MinValue and MaxValue
