Returns or sets the visibility of the button that scrolls its contents to display the previous set of dates.

Remarks

By default the template of a XamMonthCalendar contains a CalendarItemGroupPanel. This element dynamically generates CalendarItemGroup instances and initializes their ScrollPreviousButtonVisibility and ScrollNextButtonVisibility based on their location within the panel and the state of the ScrollButtonVisibility.
