The AncestorTypeForToolTipProperty is used to identify an ancestor on which the tooltip should be placed. This allows that ancestor to show a tooltip when the System.Windows.Controls.TextBlock it contains has its text clipped but allow the mouse to be anywhere over the ancestor to have that tooltip be displayed. By default, this property is null and the tooltip will be set on the TextBlock itself.
