ShowMessageBox(DependencyObject,String,String,MessageBoxButton,MessageBoxImage) Method

Helper method to display a messagebox using the Window of the specified element if available.

Parameters

element

The element whose Window should be used to show the MessageBox

messageBoxText

The text to display

caption

The title bar caption

button

Indicates which button(s) to display

icon

The icon to display

A MessageBoxResult that indicates which button was clicked to close the messagebox.
