WriteOptions Method (WebVideoPlayer)

Returns a string containing the options. In ClientControlMain, it will return a string representing a JavaScript object (minus the {}) for all properties that have the OptionAttribute on them. If the OptionAttribute has an optionName, it uses that. Otherwise it uses the property name with the first letter made lowercase.
