VerticalAlign Property (ScrollButtons)

The vertical alignment of scroll buttons.

Remarks

That property gives visual effect, when the Height of the Style property is set.

If the Height is not set, then 100% is used. However, Netscape Navigator may fail to render the button the whole height of the tabs and, therefore, it is recommended to set a particular value to the Height.
