Track Method

Turns on tracking of changes to the property values of the associated Toolbar item.

Remarks

Calling this method is what converts the underlying implementation of the IStatefulDictionary to use viewstate tracking over a stateful proxy.

After calling this method, IsTracking must be true. Calling this method multiple times should have no effect.
