TargetURL Property (TBarButton)

A URL which will be navigated to, when this button is clicked.

Remarks

When set, the TargetURL is displayed in the frame specified by the TargetFrame property.

The TargetURL should be a fully qualified Uniform Resource Locator, for example, "http://www.infragistics.com". If the URL lacks a protocol specifier (i.e., http://) it will be treated as a relative address (for example, the filename of another web page in the same directory as the current web application).

Additionally, developers may use this property to make a script call by prefixing a language specifier recognized by the end user's browser. An example of calling a JavaScript function named myFunction would look like this:

TargetURL="javascript:myFunction()";
