DataSetHierarchicalEnumerable Class

Automatically creates hierarchy of a DataSet using the data relations between tables. Supports multiple sibling tables and self-referencing tables. This class does not automatically detect loops, for example if Table1 is related to Table2 and then Table2 is related back to Table1.
