CssClass Property (DataMenuItem)

Sets or gets a string value that identifies the CSS class to be applied to this item in its normally displayed state. If a value is specified, it will be appended to the default class name string used for AppStyling. Any CSS rules specfied in the CssClass will override settings specified in the default classes.
