valueToDouble Method
Converts value to Number object.
Syntax

Parameters
- val
- Value to convert. That should be Number or Date object according to SliderValueType.
Return Value
Number in range from get_minValueAsDouble() to get_maxValueAsDouble(). In case of Date the milliseconds are returned.
